SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 3, 2008 -- Telava Networks, Inc. (OTC BB:TLVA.OB - News) announced today the Company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Buzzirk Wireless, Inc. (Buzzirk) and E-Verge International, Inc. (E-Verge). The acquisition is consistent with the Telava Strategic Business Plan, designed to build enterprise value through organic growth, and select acquisition opportunities associated with cross-functional integration of the complementary core competencies.
